Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Where do you ship?
Right now, FRILL ships throughout the EU and to non-EU European countries. Shipping to the rest of the world is not yet available, but international expansion is planned as the brand grows.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the item you received, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly and fairly.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Core designs are restocked regularly. Limited colors or seasonal editions may not return once sold out. If you love something, it’s best to grab it before it disappears.
